• Account Information: Email address, username, and any other details you provide when creating an account via Firebase Authentication.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the app, such as the images you've converted and your preferences.

Stored Data for Logged-In Users:

• Conversion History: For logged-in users, we store the conversion history (e.g., JPG to PNG file conversions) for up to 15 days. After 15 days, this data is automatically deleted from our database. This data is stored solely for the purpose of allowing you to access your recent history and is not used for any other purposes, including marketing or advertising.
• No Data Use Beyond Conversion: We do not use your data for anything other than the functionalities of the app. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

Data Usage

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide the functionality of the app (JPG to PNG conversion).
• To store and retrieve your conversion history when logged in.
• To improve the app's features and performance.
• To provide support or communicate with you regarding updates.

Data Storage and Security

Data on the Server: We do not store any images or personal data on our servers aside from basic account information required by Firebase Authentication.

Cloud Storage for Images: All images that are converted via the app are stored securely in Cloudinary. We ensure that the highest level of security is maintained for your images to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Deletion: The conversion history for logged-in users will be automatically deleted after 15 days.

Data Security: We take the security of your personal data seriously. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services such as:

• Chooser API: For assisting with photo conversions.
• Speaker API: For providing additional functionality.
