• Logged-In Users: You must provide accurate account information during registration.
• Non-Logged-In Users: You can use the app without signing in, but some features, like storing your conversion history, will not be available.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the images you upload or convert. Ensure that you have the right to use and convert the images.
• Do not use the app for any illegal activities or to upload content that violates copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Stored Data

• Logged-In Users: If you're logged in, your conversion history will be stored for up to 15 days.
• Data Deletion: After 15 days, your conversion history will be automatically deleted from our database.
• Data Use: We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any other purposes beyond the functionality of the app.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You can terminate your account by contacting us at [email/contact].

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or any loss of data. We do not guarantee that the app will function without errors or interruptions.

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates third-party services such as the Chooser API and Speaker API. These services may have their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions.
